Kimberly DiPersia, Artistic Director

Kimberly is a multi-hyphenate filmmaker and actress, with over two decades of experience in the entertainment industry. She received her BFA in Acting from NYU Tisch School of the Arts and completed additional studies with Maggie Flanigan, HB Studio, and UCB East. Kimberly has worked for Netflix, NBC Universal, Amazon, and Showtime as a production secretary and assistant, and has produced award-winning short films, music videos, and web series. She launched All the Line Studio & Incubator in the fall of 2023 with the intention of turning her learned experience into change for the industry. With All the Line, she has directed many a Next Step Screenplay Series staged reading and the short films Hospital, Saving Cycle, Quantum Link, Second Contact, and What About Paris? Jeffrey Rembert, Managing Director

Jeffrey Rembert is managing director and curator of All the Line Studio & Incubator. He’s a writer, director and producer and works directly with its artistic director in the evolution of All the Line Studio while overseeing the community development, screenwriting and casting aspects of the independent film production company. The Texas native has written sports for the Austin American-Statesman daily, was associate editor for Forward Florida magazine and has been a public relations executive and commercial mortgage broker. Jeffrey has a journalism degree from Texas Tech University and business degree from The University of Texas and has worked in the agriculture, hospitality, insurance, defense and real estate industries. Jeffrey conducts writing and writers performance workshops and speaks on college athletics, politics and the media, and World War II. He’s a product of both the Catholic and public school systems and a fan of historical drama and black-and-white films.

Jennifer Coe, Fundraising

Jennifer is an Orlando-based actor, writer, director, and producer with a passion for character-driven storytelling. Her work includes The Line Between, First Stab, and Impact, as well as Mortal Sin, which earned Best Picture and Best Story at OIF's Fear Challenge 2026. She received Best Leading Actress in a Rom-Com at OIF's Blaze Challenge 2025 for The Line Between, with additional nominations for directing, performance, and story across multiple projects. A member of All the Line since the very first Next Step Screenplay reading, she is honored and excited to be part of its mission to reshape the industry through a collaborative, inclusive approach to filmmaking.

Michael Lamberti, Community Engagement

Michael Lamberti is the CEO and Founder of Lamberti Media LLC, a film production and distribution company, and serves as an Associate Producer for Film Bliss Studios and an Executive Producer for Rose Noir Media. Inspired by films like Star Wars, Jurassic Park, and Terminator, he developed a passion for storytelling at a young age and began producing films while attending Bloomsburg University, where he founded Blooming Studios within BU Now. His work in film, media, and theater led to an internship with Sky Media in London in 2019, where he wrote and directed his first short film, All That You Love Will Be Carried Away. After earning his Master’s Degree in Film Production from Full Sail University during the COVID-19 pandemic, Michael became an award-winning screenwriter, actor, and director who focuses on stories exploring mental health, social issues, and personal transformation across genres including horror, science fiction, animation, and drama.

Anissa Hernandez, Social Media

Anissa is a first generation Mexican-American Screenwriter. Growing up within the theater community of Central Florida, Anissa cultivated her love for the arts early starting her career off as an actor and dancer. She went on to earn her degree in Theater Performance at Valencia College where she developed her love for writing. Anissa went on to earn her BA in Film and Television with a major in Screenwriting and minor in Cinematography from DePaul University where she was selected for the LA program. Through this program, she was able to intern with production studios in Hollywood, getting a firsthand look into how films are made. She has had the honor of working with CineSpace Chicago, The Second City, Orlando Shakes and more. Fresh from her Writer’s Residency at Chateau d’Orquevaux in France, she is excited to join the All the Line team and looks forward to helping bring new projects to life.

Brandon Boruch, Casting

Hailing from Chicago and excited to be joining the team, Brandon makes his return to the Orlando film and stage scene after a short stint in NYC. He most recently directed the play Cat On A Hot Tin Roof for Hideaway PAC. His stage acting work includes Algernon in The Importance of Being Earnest (Hideaway PAC), Snoopy in A Charlie Brown Christmas (Orlando Family Stage). In addition to stage, he has featured in two OIF award winning shorts: Between The Line and Pumped Up. Other roles include the Orlando Fringe short play, Build-A-B.O.B as Manny and 2024’s Orlando Fringe as CEO Kid in The BottleNeck Effect. In London, he’s been in the Glitch Production of Beatrix playing Harry Carter, Jerry in the Edfringe and Peckham Fringe Festival of Hayfever, Jaime for the Underrated Skint production of Snow, Hugo in Friends with Benefits and David in the Four Fig production of Digital Family.
